The room was pretty roomy and comfy, and they served breakfast too! They had both Japanese and Western food options for breakfast. The staff here were all super nice and helpful, which was awesome. 😊

Location just off the Hakata train station, the city center and all transportations. Exceptionally nice and very courteous staff on reception and elsewhere.

The hotel of choice in Fukuoka. Unusual, economical property. Good and excellent location not very far from Canal City. Good service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Affable staff, convenient check in.

The view from here is amazing and they serve free breakfasts which is a nice touch. the location is super convenient for exploring the area with plenty of things to do late into the night! 🌇

Bed matress was a bit old

Loved the location for getting there as well as the numerous restaurants v closeby. Because of proximity to main station, travelling around was v easy too. Complimentary breakfast which was good. Next to location comes laundry facilities, 3 sets of washers and dryers, what's more.....v cheap too!

The room smelled of smoke. The wifi was very poor. I asked the hotel to deliver a small package (I was returning a rented cell phone) and they refused to do so. -Most hotels deliver letters/small packages.- They then poorly directed me to the nearest post office in the freezing cold (it was almost midnight), but it was closed by the time I arrived. Of all of the hotels I've stayed in Japan (20+), this hotel had the least helpful staff. 'Comfort Hotel' is a funny name for the most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan.

The rooms were amazingly comfortable and cool with four beds. Good air conditioning in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus. A shower, hair dryers, and slippers were provided in the room.

Excellent Location

I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location during my stay in Fukuoka. Just a stone's throw away from the Hakata station, Comfort Hotel was the perfect base for exploring the city. The fact that I could easily shop and catch transfers made my trip so much smoother. Despite the small size of the room, which I had expected, it was well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries and even a kettle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always there to help with any inquiries. Although the breakfast selection was limited, it was included in the stay, which was a nice bonus. Although the internet on the 11th floor was slow, it was relatively fast in the lobby. This hotel made my visit to Fukuoka even more enjoyable, especially considering the freezing weather. I highly recommend Comfort Hotel for its excellent location.

The rooms here are stylish and comfortable, plus it's conveniently located just 0.5 miles away from the airport making it easily accessible.

We had a wonderful time here in our tidy room with a complimentary breakfast offering Japanese and Western options, and the location couldn't be better.

I had a nice and roomy space to crash with four comfy beds, good AC, and even got free coffee! ☕ It was just what I needed.

Marvellous location close to Canal City and just a 5-minute walk from the Tomb of Xie Guoming. Also, it's near the Hakata train station, city center, and the Kobee ferry.
